Datamatics Achieves ISO 42001:2023 Certification for AI Management Systems

Datamatics, a global player in Digital Technologies, Operations, and Experiences, has proudly announced its certification with ISO 42001:2023, the world’s first international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS).

The certification was awarded by Base Quality Score Recalibration (BQSR), marking Datamatics as one of the early adopters worldwide to implement a structured AIMS framework.

The ISO 42001:2023 certification provides a comprehensive and systematic approach to managing AI initiatives, emphasizing risk reduction and process efficiency.

This milestone allows Datamatics to integrate robust AI management protocols across various facets of its operations, from client services and internal implementations to product innovation.

This certification ensures a proven process to deliver highly predictable outcomes for all AI-enabled projects

Datamatics has consistently incorporated AI into its technology stack, operations, experiences, and business processes.

The company has increased investments in establishing a robust AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), dedicated to enabling enterprises to develop and implement their own AI roadmap.

The CoE has created multiple AI accelerators in fields such as automation, software coding, customer experience (CX), and employee experience (EX), accelerating AI adoption and implementation.

The company has incorporated Generative AI (GenAI) into its intelligent automation suite of products, such as TruBot RPA, TruCap+ IDP, and TruBI Business Intelligence.

Additionally, Datamatics has developed its customizable small language model and copilot, in collaboration with tech giants Microsoft and Google.

Notably, Datamatics’ ‘Partner Onboarding Copilot App,’ powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI, was featured among the top three copilots at the Microsoft Build conference, earning Datamatics recognition as ‘AI First Movers’ by Microsoft.

Gopal Ranjan, SVP and Global Head of Quality at Datamatics, remarked, “ISO 42001:2023 is the first international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems. It is an honor to be among the pioneering organizations globally to receive this certification.”

Rahul Kanodia, Vice Chairman and CEO of Datamatics, stated, “Achieving the ISO 42001:2023 certification is a testament to our excellence in AI solutions. It also demonstrates our commitment to responsible and ethical AI, transparency, and continuous learning. This certification will help our customers manage risks and opportunities associated with AI while balancing innovation with governance for their enterprises.”
