Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd Partners with Google LLC to Enhance Data Center and Cloud Services

Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd (ARC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, has officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Google LLC.

According to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), this partnership aims to provide advanced Data Center Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Cloud Platform solutions to various public and private enterprises.

The collaboration focuses on leveraging Google’s technological prowess to develop innovative solutions for potential customers.

The joint efforts will emphasize creating purpose-built AI-infused solutions that enhance data infrastructure, productivity, and security for businesses.

This partnership highlights the growing trend of big tech companies establishing data centres in India to meet the surging demand for cloud services and digital transformation in the region.

Currently, Anant Raj is developing data centres with a total IT load capacity of 300 MW across three locations in Haryana: Manesar, Rai, and Panchkula.

The first phase of the project at Manesar is reportedly ready for operation. The Manesar site spans 18 lakh square feet on a 10-acre plot, while the Panchkula location has an additional 6 lakh square feet under construction on a similar-sized plot.

This agreement follows Google’s recent moves in the Indian data centre market, including advanced talks to purchase a 22.5-acre land parcel in Navi Mumbai’s Juinagar for INR 850 crore to build its first-ever captive data centre in the country.

Google has also signed multiple deals to lease space at colocation data centres in Navi Mumbai and Noida.

The demand for cloud services in India has seen a significant increase due to businesses moving online, the expansion of 5G networks, and data localisation mandates.

This partnership between Anant Raj and Google is poised to bolster India’s digital infrastructure and support the nation’s growing digital economy.
