Zeno Health has introduced its new 50-minute medicine delivery service in Mumbai, aiming to revolutionize healthcare accessibility.
By utilizing its vast network of retail pharmacy stores and advanced logistics technology, the company seeks to ensure faster and more efficient medicine deliveries across the region.
Zeno Health, which operates over 180 retail pharmacy stores across Maharashtra, integrates its physical presence with digital solutions to streamline the delivery process.
Customers can place their orders through the Zeno Health mobile app, in-store, or via phone, with no minimum order requirement or delivery fees.
Expanding the Reach of Affordable Medicine
Founded in 2017 by IIT Bombay alumni Girish Agarwal and Siddharth Gadia, Zeno Health is an omnichannel pharmacy network specializing in generic medicines, offering them at prices up to 60% lower than traditional pharmacies through direct sourcing from manufacturers.
In addition to its retail stores, Zeno Health operates 200 micro-franchises across Maharashtra and West Bengal, having served more than 1.5 million customers to date.
The company also markets generic medicines under its private label brand, GoodAid.
Rising Competition in Quick Medicine Delivery
Zeno Health’s move into ultra-fast medicine delivery comes amid increasing competition in the quick commerce space.
Other players, such as Bengaluru-based Plazza, are aiming to provide medicine deliveries within 15-17 minutes, while major platforms like Flipkart Minutes and Swiggy Instamart have also entered the pharmaceutical delivery sector.
Competing with online platforms like Tata 1mg, Reliance-owned Netmeds, PharmEasy, and Flipkart Health+, Zeno Health’s expansion into rapid medicine delivery highlights the increasing convergence of digital and physical pharmacy networks, improving accessibility and convenience for patients.
