Deepinder Goyal, co-founder and CEO of Zomato has announced the launch of ‘Brand Packs’, a new loyalty programme aimed at rewarding repeat customers and fostering loyalty for select restaurants on its platform.
This initiative is part of Zomato’s ongoing efforts to expand its offerings and provide added value to both customers and restaurant partners.
Deepinder Goyal, co-founder and CEO of Zomato, revealed the new feature on X, stating, “I repeat-order from my favourite restaurants often, and so do a lot of our customers. To make this more rewarding for you, we are introducing Brand Packs – our first step towards building loyalty programmes for select restaurants on Zomato.”
As of now, Zomato has already partnered with over 4,000 restaurants for the Brand Packs programme.
These packs are designed to benefit customers who frequently order from their favourite eateries.
Available in the form of coupons, Brand Packs offer a 10% discount with no upper limit on the first three orders, making it a lucrative deal for loyal patrons.
Since the launch, over 10 lakh customers have utilized the Brand Packs coupon, indicating a strong positive response from the user base.
Deepinder Goyal also invited feedback from customers, encouraging them to share their experiences and suggestions.
This open channel of communication reflects Zomato’s commitment to continuously improving its services based on user input.
Today’s announcement follows Deepinder Goyal’s recent initiative to support Zomato’s delivery partners by assisting them in claiming refunds on their Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) through Income Tax Return (ITR) filings.
