Swish Club Secures $4.5 Mn in Pre-Series A Funding to Revolutionize IT Asset Management

Bengaluru-based IT asset management startup Swish Club has successfully raised $4.5 million in a combination of equity and debt during its pre-Series A funding round.

The investment was spearheaded by Powerhouse Ventures, with additional participation from Blume Ventures, Touchstone Ventures, and Atrium Ventures.

Out of the total funding, $3.3 million was secured as equity, while the remaining $1.2 million came in the form of debt. The startup intends to allocate the equity funding towards product development, while the debt financing will be used to fund device leasing.

Pioneering IT Asset Leasing for Enterprises

Founded in 2023 by Dushyant Sapre, Suraj Kumar, and Jai Anand, Swish Club offers enterprises a seamless platform for renting laptops and leasing smartphones.

The company’s rental service is bundled with four essential software offerings: an asset management portal (AMP), mobile device management (MDM), antivirus protection, and a device cleaner.

By eliminating upfront payments for businesses, Swish Club enables enterprises to access cutting-edge technology while ensuring enterprise-grade security, regulatory compliance, and responsible device recycling with zero data leakage.

AI-Powered Innovations on the Horizon

Swish Club is also gearing up to launch an agentic AI-powered device telemetry product in April 2025, currently in its pilot phase.

This innovative software will act as an in-device IT support system, ensuring that corporate devices remain up-to-date and free from malware.

Growing Clientele and Industry Partnerships

Swish Club has already onboarded over 125 enterprise clients, including major corporations such as Max Life Insurance, Bennett and Coleman, HDFC Life Insurance, PepsiCo, Informatica, Philips, GMR, RPG Group, Landmark Group, and Zensar.

Additionally, the startup has forged partnerships with leading startups, including Whatfix, Zetwerk, Meesho, Plum, Allen, Porter, Bold Care, FamPay, Zolvit, Qila Games, and Addverb.

With its latest funding and upcoming AI-powered advancements, Swish Club is well-positioned to transform enterprise IT asset management, offering seamless access to technology without the traditional cost and complexity of procurement and maintenance.
